Even Orangutans are getting in on the tablet craze. The National Zoo in Washington is participating in the Apps4Apes program. It’s an Orangutan Outreach initiative designed to bolster the quality of their lives in zoos.

The animals use basic apps like playing the drums or piano on the musical app Garageband or watching fish swim with the Koi Pond app.

It all started with a donated iPad last year.
