CHARLOTTE--The man who fell four stories from Bank of America Stadium during the ACC Championship game has been released from the hospital.

Carolinas Medical Center said Sean Powers went home last week.

Police said Powers was propelled over a safety wall earlier in December when he tried jumping on it, while walking up a stadium ramp to the 500 level.

He landed on a grassy area outside of the stadium.

Police also said alcohol was involved.
