CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte Chamber is distributing a pamphlet showcasing the 70 foreign countries they hosted during the Democratic National Convention.

From Andorra to Zambia, representatives got an extensive look at the Queen City's energy, education and health care sectors during their visit to Charlotte. Chamber President Bob Morgan admits, some of the countries on the list he'd never heard of; such as Burkina Faso in Africa.

The Chamber even hosted the Prime Minister of Zimbabwe a few nights at Time Warner Cable Arena.

"There's not a lot of trade right now between the two countries but we now have a relationship that we can follow up on as their economy grows. Perhaps there will be some opportunity for Charlotte," said Morgan.

Morgan said the Chamber and Mayor Anthony Foxx also met with the British ambassador to the United States to discuss US Airways' application to fly directly into Heathrow Airport in London.
