News 14 Carolina's J.B. Ricks breaks down Saturday's matchup between Wake Forest and North Carolina

WINSTON-SALEM (AP) -- Wake Forest coach Jim Grobe says his receivers and running backs will have to make enough plays to help the Demon Deacons' young offensive line in this weekend's Atlantic Coast Conference opener against North Carolina.

The Demon Deacons' revamped line got off to a poor start in the 20-17 win against FCS opponent Liberty. Grobe said Tuesday the line performed better over the course of the game, only to have the skill position players let them down by missing on some plays to keep the chains moving.

The line will face more pressure against the Tar Heels, who had two sacks and 11 tackles for loss in a 62-0 opening win against FCS opponent Elon.

Grobe said quarterback Tanner Price can't hold onto the ball long against the Tar Heels.
