Duke CEO Jim Rogers is expected to return to the stand Monday for a hearing in Florida to discuss how the merger with Progress Energy will affect customers there.

One of the main issues on hand involves a broken nuclear reactor that's been out of service since 2009.

Rogers was questioned by the N.C. Utilities Commission after the new board suddenly replaced former Progress CEO Bill Johnson with Rogers, shortly after the merger was completed.

Johnson had previously been named as the new CEO and Rogers would play a supporting role.
