CHARLOTTE -- Myers Park residents have 30 days to appeal a decision to uphold the city's zoning decision to allow a seven-story building on the campus of Queen's University. The decision was made Thursday.
The residents filed suit against the city and university claiming the new recreation and wellness center would exceed density restrictions for the area. They're also concerned about added traffic.
Attorneys for Queens said the building meets all city rules and regulations.
