CHARLOTTE -- A Charlotte Fire Department car was involved in a wreck Sunday morning in north Charlotte.

The battalion car was headed north on Davidson Street just after 9:30 a.m. with lights and sirens on. As the car continued down 11th Street, a Toyota did not yield and plowed into the CFD vehicle. The driver told police it was too late to stop.

No one was hurt.
