CHARLOTTE -- Duke Energy shareholders conducted their annual meeting Thursday morning. The agenda for the meeting was mostly uneventful but Duke Energy CEO Jim Rogers still faced dozens of questions from environmentalists and some from the media on the Progress Energy merger.
