RALEIGH—A former North Carolina Democratic party staffer is claiming he was sexually harassed.
That is according to the Washington Conservative website The Daily Caller. According to the site, a financial settlement and a non-disclosure statement was signed, so it is not evident who might be involved.
In a statement released to News 14 Carolina, the party does not confirm or deny the report.
Democratic party chair David Parker writes:
Over the last several months, several employees left their employment with the NCDP for business or professional reasons unrelated to their job performance, by mutual agreement of the parties involved. these are personnel matters about which we cannot and will not comment further.
