CHARLOTTE—The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect accused of shooting and robbing an armored car employee in south Charlotte.

The robbery happened outside an ATM in the Foxcroft shopping center on Jan. 24. According to the FBI, the suspect was captured on surveillance video waiting for the female armored car employee, whom he shot in the shoulder.

After the shooting, the suspect can be seen running across the parking lot carrying the bag in his left hand with a gun in his gloved hand.
