CHARLOTTE -- Pro Wrestler Ric Flair has been found in contempt for failing to repay a loan and autograph photos for a wrestling merchandise company. The Charlotte Observer reports a court order filed this week says Flair could be sent to jail for up to 90 days if he doesn't meet the requirements of the order.
Highspots Incorporated says it loaned Flair $35,000. The company wants Flair to repay the loan and sign 300 photos, or give up a world championship belt he put up as collateral.
Flair's agent told the paper it was a simple business dispute and Flair intends to comply with the court order.
