CHARLOTTE – The mother of two boys killed earlier this week is expected back in court Friday.
Orgal Opata, 26, is being held under a $1 million bond. She was charged with two counts of murder and felony child abuse after her 1-year-old and 2-year-old sons were killed in a house fire on Sunday.
Police say she left four of her young children home alone.
Her appearance Friday is in connection to previous child neglect charges filed last October.
