CHARLOTTE -- There will be a ton of interest in the swimming events back in Charlotte during the games, with the high number of athletes from SwimMAC making the Team USA roster.

David Marsh, a Team USA assistant coach and director of coaching with SwimMAC, realizes how big these games are for the swim club.

"The fact that the five swimmers that have trained here, along with Ricky Berens who grew up here in Charlotte at SwimMAC, have moved onto the Olympics is probably the single greatest swimming event we've had happen in Charlotte."
