RALEIGH — Lawmakers are days away from heading home for the year.
They say they need to tie up some loose ends and work to override some vetoes recently handed down from Gov. Perdue. They have scheduled themselves to be in Raleigh on Monday and Tuesday to finish up their work for the year.
