WASHINGTON — Congressman GK Butterfield called the Supreme Court ruling a tremendous victory for our nation.

In a statement released Thursday, Butterfield said:

I now call on my Republican colleagues to abandon their resolve to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and to work responsibly with Democrats to help implement this critically important measure

Butterfield is a Democrat representing the First District.
