911 call released in case of UNC student shot by police

ARCHDALE, N.C. – Emergency officials have released the 911 call made by UNC student Courtland Smith moments before he was shot and killed by a police officer along a stretch of I-85 in Randolph County.
Police say officers stopped a car right before 5:00 a.m. after a caller asked for help, saying he was suicidal.
The Texas junior was pronounced dead at High Point Regional Hospital. The State Bureau of Investigation is investigation.
