RALEIGH – The man who says he was punched in the face at a health care town hall meeting this week has pressed charges against the man accused of striking him.

Police escorted Woffozo Forrest Humphries out of the building on the N.C. Central University campus after he allegedly punched Gene Ellefson. There is no word on what lead up to the fight, and no charges have been made.

Some 800 people were at the Thursday meeting, along with Rep. David Price.
