RALEIGH -- Funeral arrangements have been made for the two people killed in Saturday's tornado.

Services for Joshua Wiggins will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at the New Beginning Community Church in Wilson.

The memorial service for Marilyn Gomez is at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Minshew-Coley Funeral Home Chapel in Kenly.

The tornado swept through Wilson and Johnston counties early Saturday morning. Gov. Mike Easley issued a disaster declaration for the affected areas, that will allow home and business owners to apply for state disaster assistance to help with repairs.
