CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. -- A recount is underway in Cumberland County in the Democratic primary for state Senate District 21. Former legislator Larry Shaw finished third, but just four votes behind Robert Clark.

The winner of that recount will face Billy King in a runoff.
