FAYETTEVILLE — Two Fayetteville brothers are in custody facing theft charges after police said they stole car parts.

Fayetteville police arrested Billy Lee, 40, and Fabian Lee, 45, after witnesses reported seeing the two leave All-Pro Exhaust on North Reilly Road after placing several items in their truck just after midnight Wednesday. Officials say they recovered two catalytic converters, a radiator and exhaust pipes.

Police said the two are repeat offenders with several theft-related charges on their records. Fayetteville police warned citizens last month about a spike in converter thefts at fenced-in businesses primarily along Raeford and Yadkin roads.
