KINSTON — A Kinston woman will spend the next seven years in prison for supplying heroin to eastern North Carolina.
Takyra Kitchens, 27, was sentenced in Wilmington Monday. Authorities say Kitchens and Kelvin Nalls, 46, were bringing large amounts of heroin from New Jersey into Lenoir County and Wayne County.
Nalls was sentenced to 8.5 years in prison.
