CHARLOTTE --The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department have issued a warrant for the arrest of Jimiterrell Phifer, 21, for a breaking and entering case that occurred on Ben Livingston Road Tuesday night.

Phifer is wanted for felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and felony possession of stolen goods. Police have already arrested the second suspect in the case, 20-year-old Ahkeem Hardwich.
