CHARLOTTE – The driver of an SUV that overturned in an accident on Old Concord Road at around 3:15 Tuesday morning is facing charges. Police say the driver had been drinking and got into another vehicle with someone else after crashing his own.

He was later arrested on Rocky River Road and charged with DWI, hit and run and driving with a revoked license.
