Federal officials have shut down a North Carolina Company and its website for running a $600 million dollar ponzi scheme.

Investigators said ZeekRewards.com stole money from customers.

They said customers were promised a share of the company's profits through rewards points that could be traded for cash payouts.

Officials say the site has been shut down and they're working to recoup the customer's losses.
