RALEIGH--Authorities in Raleigh are on the lookout for the driver responsible for two hit and runs on I-40 in Raleigh Friday night.

They say a green car hit two cars near the Lake Wheeler Road exit, pushing one car under a bridge and injuring one of the drivers.

Police are looking for the car which they describe as a green Nissan or Acura sedan with extensive side damage.

DOT officials had to shut down lanes on I-40 for about five hours to clean up the mess.
