BURLINGTON – Two people are facing child sex abuse charges in Alamance County.

Investigators there say Robin Faye Brown of Burlington and Jose Alfredo Valdivias of Hillsborough are charged in connection with the sexual abuse of a 6-year-old girl. Police aren’t releasing her relation to the pair.

Brown is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and being held on a $2,500 bond.

Valdivias is being held on $25,000 and is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
