One in three women in the United States will die of heart disease. It is the No. 1 killer of women in this country, more than all cancers combined. The American Heart Association is raising awareness with Guilford County's first ever Go Red For Women educational expo and luncheon in May. Organizers want to make sure women from all backgrounds and economic circumstances can attend.
