KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. -- Two people are behind bars Monday after police discovered a methamphetamine lab inside a Kings Mountain home.

Christopher Crocker and Suzanne Gillespie are facing charges of manufacturing meth and possessing the chemicals used to make it.

Authorities say a neighbor called about a disoriented person wandering around a neighborhood. Police asked him where he lived and he pointed at a house where they found the meth lab.

"They really were just going into the house and looking around. At one point, they came over and told me what was going on and if I felt like I needed to leave because they felt like it might blow up or be dangerous," neighbor Valerie Valvo said.

Investigators aren't sure if meth was being sold from the house but they do say they have reason to believe Crocker and Gillespie were making meth at Gillespie's house in Gaston County. They are looking into pursuing charges there as well.
