ROBESON COUNTY – The home of Afeni Shakur-Davis, slain rap artist Tupac Shakur’s mother, burned to the ground Friday night in Robeson County.
Firefighters said nobody was home when the fire broke out at the home on Trevor Lane outside Lumberton, N.C., just after 7 p.m.
There were no injuries, but authorities said the home is a total loss.
Three fire departments responded to the blaze. There is no word yet on what sparked the fire.
