• Egg yolks
• Granulated sugar
• Marsala wine
1. Put combination on double boiler.
2. Wisk until it's a light lemon color and thickens.
3. Add marsala wine slowly.
4. Take it off and continue to wish until cool.
5. Melt chocolate and add to mixture.
6. Wisk until fully incorporated
7. Add whip cream and fold into mixture.
