CARY, N.C. -- A Cary telecom company is moving into some of the office space being vacated by Red Hat. The company Bandwidth.com announced it plans to move its headquarters to NC State's Centennial Campus.
It will make the move in two phases: one in September and one in October. Bandwidth also says it plans to hire 200 more workers over the next three years.
“We've got employees in 10 cities in the U.S. and we’re proud to have the Triangle as our headquarters location," Bandwidth.com's CEO David Morken said in a press release Wednesday. "We intend to continue to invest in hiring talent from this market, with a particular emphasis on engineering roles."
Red Hat will move into its new home in one of the Progress Energy towers in downtown Raleigh next month.
