CHARLOTTE—Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have made two arrests in the robbery at the Saints and Sinners Sweepstakes Parlor.

Vernon Glenn, 20, and Wesley Banks, 18, are both charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy. According to police, the men entered the business located on Old Pineville Road Tuesday and demanded money.

Their getaway car was spotted a short time later but the men ran to a nearby hotel where they were arrested. No injuries were reported.

Police say Glenn also admitted his involvement in another sweepstakes parlor robbery on July 11.
