AFGHANISTAN — A Fort Bragg soldier has died in an insurgent attack in Afghanistan.

The department of defense said Spc. Antonio Burnside, 31, of Great Falls, Montana was killed when his unit was attacked with small arms fire.

Burnside was part of the 82nd Airborne Division.
