WILMINGTON -- Brittanee Drexel, a teenager from New York, has been missing from the Myrtle Beach area since last spring break, but a pair of sunglasses discovered last week near Georgetown, S.C., could provide a clue in her disappearance.

Monica Caison, with the Wilmington-based Cue Center for Missing Persons, says the sunglasses match ones the teen was wearing in a photo taken with friends before she went missing.

Law enforcement will now do further testing to see if they can link the glasses to Drexel.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for any information on Drexel's whereabouts. Anyone with information is urged to call 1-888-CRIME-SC.
