FORT MILL, S.C. -- Two of the passengers aboard US Airways flight 1529 threw out the first pitch Wednesday at the Charlotte Knights.

That flight crash landed in the Hudson River in New York earlier this year but everyone on board survived.

Bill Nix and Clay Presley said it was an honor to throw out the first pitch.

"We actually have our employee appreciation day out here today, so it's a little icing on the cake for us to be able to throw out the pitch," said Pressley.

Both men say they still think of the plane crash every day.
